Evaluation Tool UBA-acc
In order to perpetually improve the relationship between an advertiser and an agency, it is crucial that they evaluate each others' processes, attitudes and output on a regular basis. The UBA and acc have developed a tool that list all the important elements of a good advertiser/agency relationship and that enable both the advertiser and the agency to indicate the importance of each of these elements and score the other party. The most important outcome of the evaluation process is not the sum of the scores, but the list of achievable opportunities to improve the overall relationship.
