Code Native Advertising
The International Chamber of Commerce has issued a Code for Advertising and Marketing Communications, which is genuinely respected by all countries, including Belgium. It stipulates that all commercial communication should be identifiable as being commercial communication and that the advertiser should identity himself.
In recent years, we see a growing share of Native Advertising in the communication mix, which has a tendency to blend in the editorial context. Which is why the Raad voor de Reclame/Conseil de la Pub - in association with acc - has issued a specific Code for Native Advertising.
