Application for membership is open to marketing communication agencies of all kind: advertising, media, direct marketing, brand activation, e-marketing ... who meet the following criteria:

1. Acceptance of ACC Charter : rights & duties of ACC members.
2. Marketing communication must be the main activity
3. Existence of minimum 2 years (*)
4. Substantial communication experience of the management
5. Indisputable reputation of the management, assessed by the Board
6. Proven financial stability and comply with the obligations of social security and taxes
7. Independence of media and clients
8. Have a RC/HR in Belgium
9. A minimal size of € 500 000 income the previous year (*)
10. Prepared to pay the membership contribution based upon the income of the previous year.
