


ACC members will always respect the following ethics:
1. Marketing communication should not mislead the consumer.
2. Marketing communication should not make abuse of the trust of consumers or exploit their lack of experience or knowledge, esp. of children and young people.
3. Marketing communication should be recognisable as such, whatever the form or the medium is used. It also must be clear who's the sender of it.
4. All factual marketing communication should be verifiable.
5. Marketing communication should not discriminate or disparage people on the basis of race, nationality, religion, sex, sexual inclination or age.
6. Marketing communication should respect the right of privacy of consumers.
7. ACC members give their clients their best advice, without fear or favour and act in their client's best interests.
8. ACC members honour their agreements -written or spoken- to clients, suppliers and employees.
9. ACC members commit themselves to respect their own code and the charters of the association, especially the one referring to competitions.
10. ACC members respect each other.
